Now that you’ve chosen the perfect, clean scent from meltee to accompany your mood, all you need to do is remove the packaging, break off one of the cubes. Now, light an unscented tea light and place in the holder beneath the well of your burner. Or, if you’re using an electric burner, now’s the time to switch it on.

Yes, they are! All of our candles, wax melts and tea lights are made from 100% clean soy wax, which is vegan friendly.
Our diffuser bases are also all vegan friendly as well as non-toxic and non-flammable.

To change the melt, light your tealight or turn on your electric burner and wait 30-60 seconds for the wax to become slightly warm and can be moved. Gently press on one side and push the wax out. Wipe the well clean with paper and you're good to go again!

- Do not place the diffuser on polished, varnished or painted surfaces, or on electrical equipment.
- Unscrew the cap and insert the reeds provided
- Place in an area away from open windows or fans to prevent wasting scent. Keep your diffuser in a free-flowing space.
- Unscrew the cap & insert the reeds provided.
- Allow the reeds to soak up the scent for 30 seconds then flip the reeds over to start releasing the scent.
- To keep the scent strong, flip the reeds over weekly.
- Reeds may need to be replaced after a while if they become clogged with dust. Our refills are a great option.
Safety Info:
Do not light reeds. Do not ingest or consume liquid. Keep out of reach of children and pets. People who suffer from perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using reed diffusers. Use gloves when handling reed sticks.
Dispose of any excess or leftover fluids correctly and read the label for more information.

We ship items with Royal Mail, and they pass this on to your local postal service depending on your country. Estimated shipping time for international orders is up to 5-10 working days depending on the shipping address.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Once the order has been placed, we are unable to process cancellations or make any changes to the order.

When ordering internationally from our website, depending on the country you are having your items shipped to, you may be liable to pay any import duties and customs taxes.
Please keep this in mind and consult your local authority to estimate the potential charges based on the value of your order.
These charges are not set by meltee and we cannot be held responsible for any customs charges that may arise from importing goods. Please note, the charges must be paid for you to receive your goods. Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and for our team to ship out to you!
If you use standard shipping, orders can take up to 3-5 business days to arrive. After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You’ll receive a subsequent shipping confirmation with tracking info once we ship.

You should receive an email when your order is dispatched. You can track your email using the Royal Mail tracking number provided.

Whilst we make every effort to adhere to the delivery times outlined in our Shipping policy, we unfortunately have no control over any delays that may incur once your package is with the courier.
To make a claim, Royal Mail requires a waiting period of 10 days from the intended delivery date. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please check the tracking information and contact our customer care team with your order number.

Please Note: We are unable to execute cancellations, address changes, or other modifications to your order after it has been submitted. Please check all information and order and details before confirming.
If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you.

At meltee, we aim to deliver the highest quality products and service to our valued customers. However, we understand from time to time, you may want to return your items. Please see our returns policy below to check eligibility.
To be eligible for a refund you must
Return the item within 14 days
The item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please ensure your return is packed well to avoid damage in transit.

Any item is returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please ensure your items are packed securely, ideally in original boxes with padded protection to make sure they do not get damaged in arriving back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus the original shipping fee. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. If you have not received your refund in this timeframe, please first contact your payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hey@shopmeltee.com
